Notice of 37th Annual General Meeting and Invitation for Nomination of Governors

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia for the 2026/2027 term will be held on Wednesday, 3rd June, 2026. The event will take place at CT3-12, Level 12, Corporate Office Tower 3, Pavilion Damansara Heights, 3 Jalan Damanlela, Bukit Damansara 50490 Kuala Lumpur, at 9:00 a.m.

In conjunction with the AGM, members are invited to submit nominations for the Board of Governors for the upcoming term.

The following member of the Board of Governors is due for re-election for the term 2026–2028:
• James Traherne Tarlton

Please find attached the AGM and Nomination Notice and the Governor’s Nomination Form. If you wish to submit a nomination, kindly complete and submit the attached Nomination Form no later than Monday, 4 May 2026 to cancham@malaysia-canada.com.
