Who We Are
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CanCham), formerly known as the Malaysia Canada Business Council (MCBC), is a private non-profit organization established in Kuala Lumpur in 1989 to foster and enhance business relationships between Canada and Malaysia.
Our Purpose
CanCham Malaysia’s purpose is to strengthen business relations between Canada and Malaysia by:
- Assisting Malaysian companies seeking to do business in Canada and Canadian companies interested in doing business in Malaysia.
- Fostering friendly relations, understanding, and closer economic cooperation between our two countries.
- Providing a forum for discussing and exchanging views on business between Malaysia and Canada.
- Promoting trade, commerce, industry, and investment between our countries.

- Providing formal introductions between Chamber members and Malaysian and Canadian companies.
