Profile

Sunway University College was established in 1987 and in 12 August 2004, was upgraded to a University College by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia.

Located on a sprawling 22-acre campus within the township of Bandar Sunway in Petaling Jaya, Sunway University College is fully equipped with academic, hostel and sporting facilities and is among the largest and most modern private higher education institution in Malaysia.

A popular choice among Malaysian and international students, the campus is a veritable global community as about 30% of the 7,000 students are foreign. With a campus population of such diverse backgrounds, students learn to appreciate the exchange of cross-cultural values and an understanding of the world at large.

Sunway University College offers a range of pre-university and undergraduate programmes, as well as postgraduate and twinning programmes with renowned foreign universities.

In 2006, Sunway University College won the Gold Award for Industry Excellence in Education 2006 by Malaysia Canada Business Council.
