Reservation policy

On receipt of your registration form, MCBC
will forward you an invoice. Your space will be considered confirmed only once we have received
your payment in full.
MCBC will acknowledge receipt of your payment via email.

Cancellation policy

No cancellation will be accepted after May 14th, 2008. In the event of a cancellation after this date, members and non-members will be responsible for the full payment of invoice. Substitutions will be permitted.
