Cancellation policy

» As space is limited at all of our events, your booking will be considered confirmed only once we have sent you an email confirming that your space has been reserved.
   
» Reservation and cancellation for events should be received in advance by the MCBC office at the latest by noon, 2 days prior to the event.
   
» You are liable to pay for all reservations, unless a cancellation is made.
   
» Payments must be received in advance or at the door.
   
» Reservations may be transferred to another person.
