Cancellation policy

»As space is limited at all of our events, your booking will be considered confirmed only once we have sent you an email confirming that your space has been reserved.
  
»Reservation and cancellation for events should be received in advance by the MCBC office at the latest by noon, 2 days prior to the event.
  
»You are liable to pay for all reservations, unless a cancellation is made.
  
»Payments must be received in advance or at the door.
  
»Reservations may be transferred to another person.
