Sharity Greetings (M) Sdn Bhd |
 |
Since its inception in 1995, Sharity has been touched by the silent, delicate
strength shown by the less fortunate, by children with emotional and physical
scars, by the dedication of people who fight to conserve the environment, by
those suffering from cancer, by loving parents struggling to raise a
mentally-challenged child. As Malaysia’s only home-grown independent fundraiser,
Sharity Greetings has grown from being a well-known brand in the festive
greeting card industry to being a trusted service provider in creative
fundraising solutions. Sharity donates 25% of all net purchases of greeting
cards to their four deserving charity partners: Majlis Kanser Nasional; World
Wide Fund for Nature Malaysia; Kiwanis Down Syndrome; and Shelter Home for
Children.

Almost 75 years since its founding, BOH, Malaysia’s pioneering tea company,
has become a household name, not only in Malaysia and Singapore, but in the
South East Asian region. BOH not only excels in producing UMMPH! tea, but is a
proud sponsor of the Kinabatangan Orangutan Conservation Project, which focuses
on finding solutions to enhance the long-term survival of orangutans living in
forests. The project staff includes 35 villagers of Sukau, where it is hoped
that the villagers will ultimately assume responsibility for the project and to
this end, a long-term intensive training programme has been instituted. BOH also
joined hands with the Wildlife Department in their efforts to track movements of
elephants in remote jungles via satellite, and engages in campaigns to educate
the public on Malaysian elephant’s plight and raising funds for research into
