After 19 years as an education provider Sunway University College (SyUC) has come to be looked upon as a leader in the education arena. Occupying 22 acres of prime land in Bandar Sunway, its current campus was officially opened in 1993 and houses academic, hostel and sports facilities. Today, it is home to 9000 students of 57 different nationalities. SyUC not only provides Pre-University Courses for entry into Canadian, Australian, UK and US universities, but also honours degree programs in Business, Information Technology, Multimedia, Psychology, Hospitality and Tourism Management. In addition, it offers American Degree Transfer Program; 3+ 0 Australian twinning degree program; professional courses such as ACCA and CAT; and diploma programmes in Business Administration, Hospitality, Events Management, Performing Arts, Graphic and Multimedia Design, and Interior Design. It is suitably poised to meet the demands of tertiary education and goals of Malaysia’s Vision 2020.

Ten years after its establishment, Limkokwing was granted University College status by the Ministry of Education.
